Talent Solutions, part of ManpowerGroup, is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe from Antwerp/Brussels in a hybrid setup.

You will manage 35-40 live requisitions, partner with hiring managers and HR, and drive sourcing strategies while delivering an excellent candidate experience. This fixed-term contract runs until June 2027, offering exposure to multiple markets within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in full-cycle recruitment in RPO, agency, or in-house.
• Experience handling high-volume workloads across multiple geographies.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior hiring managers.
• Data-driven approach with recruitment metrics and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Handle 35-40 live requisitions across Europe.
• Develop sourcing and attraction strategies for diversified talent.
• Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain data accuracy in ATS and recruitment systems.
• Build proactive pipelines for supply chain roles.
