Recruitment Solutions SRL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Belgium to manage end-to-end recruitment for our client, build a strong candidate network, and collaborate with the SalesTeam. You will conduct interviews, assess technical fit, and ensure smooth client follow-up and database maintenance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and HR experience, with Dutch and French language skills (English a plus).

• Experience in HR or recruitment is essential.
• Languages: Dutch and French; English a plus.
