Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process invoices for customer service activities across European markets.
• Review work orders, service reports, and supporting documentation prior to invoicing.
• Follow up on missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
• Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Maintain and update administrative records and documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy within ERP and CRM systems.
• Provide administrative support to Customer Experience and Customer Care teams.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage a variety of operational documents and reports.
• Provide administrative back-up for spare parts order processing; assist with shipment documentation.
