Michael Page is recruiting a Customer Care Project & SRS Coordinator to drive smooth execution of customer projects from quotation to delivery. The role acts as the link between internal stakeholders, supporting operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience.

Based in Belgium, you will coordinate with Customer Care, Project Coordination and Engineering teams, manage quotations and orders, and ensure timely product delivery while upholding process standards.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate projects in collaboration with Customer Care, Project Coordination and Engineering teams.
• Act as a key point of contact between internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage quotation and order-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor material availability and proactively expedite orders when required.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams to guarantee timely delivery of products.
• Ensure excellent customer service by adhering to established processes and best practices.
• Support customers by analysing requests, questions and operational challenges.
• Assist in customer care improvement initiatives and training-related projects.
• Contribute to operational projects and provide support to management when needed.
