AI-BLOX is seeking its first commercial hire in Europe to turn traction into a growth engine. Based in Brussels, you will lead the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed deals, and you will work closely with the founders to shape the go-to-market strategy.

You’ll travel across Europe, engage with C-suite executives and engineers, and translate AI-edge solutions into compelling business cases. This role offers impact, equity opportunities, and a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Track record in B2B technology sales or business development.
• Ability to discuss ROI with C-suite and engineers.
• Self-starter with ability to define course and execute.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and markets.
• Own the pipeline end to end from prospecting to close.
• Turn pilots into production roll-outs.
• Distil successful approaches into repeatable sales playbooks.
• Be the voice of AI-BLOX with customers and partners.
