Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an on-site IT Support Technician in Brussels to deliver end-user support, PC hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and incident resolution within SLA. You will assist in data center tasks, video conferencing setup, mobile device support, and inventory maintenance.

The role requires strong English communication, customer-facing skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. UK/Belgian certifications and experience with SCCM are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with a call logging system.
• Working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Office apps.
• Experience with MACs would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of mobile devices (Android/iPhone).
• Experience with current and legacy hardware, PC/laptop repair and component replacement.
• Familiarity with SCCM is desirable.
• Excellent hands-on installation/troubleshooting of DC equipment, rack and stack.
• Excellent communication in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and desk-side support to end users.
• Troubleshoot PC-related problems per direction of CLIENT level 2 or SPOC.
• Complete incidents and requests within SLA in a pressurized environment.
• Build, configure and troubleshoot Gold image on PCs and laptops.
• Ensure tickets are updated daily.
• Support meeting rooms and video conferencing.
• Support printers, scanners and peripherals.
• Support mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, Android).
• Data backup and restoration during service incidents.
• Smart hands support for data center equipment as per SLA.
• Troubleshoot data center devices as directed by CLIENT Tech support.
• Replace defective components in data center equipment and perform daily tape changes.
• Import/Export tapes to tape libraries as advised by CLIENT tech support.
