Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer in Brussels to provide end-user IT support across Windows, mobile devices, and meeting room systems. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, manage devices with Intune/MDM, and support Microsoft 365 apps while coordinating with AV/IT teams.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, customer service, and the ability to handle onsite and remote support for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

8–10 years of relevant IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
Hands-on experience with Apple and Android mobile devices.
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room technologies.
Basic networking knowledge: LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, VPN.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Strong hardware troubleshooting and IT asset management skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote support for Windows laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
Install, replace, upgrade, and manage IT devices and assets.
Support Apple iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.
Configure email, VPN, Teams, and mobile apps.
Manage device enrollment/configuration using Intune or other MDM.
Support Teams Rooms and video conferencing equipment.
Troubleshoot meeting room displays, cameras, mics, speakers, and collaboration devices.
Perform pre-meeting checks and executive meeting support when required.
Coordinate with AV vendors for complex issues.
Provide onsite support to infrastructure, network, security, server, and workplace teams.
Perform cable patching, equipment installation, device replacements, and connectivity checks.
Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Ensure SLA compliance, maintain asset/CMDB records, and support tech refresh projects.
