Job summary

Donna in Belgium is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own the long-term success of a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will guide customers from signature through go-live, driving adoption and change management to embed Donna in their daily workflows.

You will renew, upsell and manage 20-30 enterprise accounts, collaborating closely with Delivery, Support, Sales and Product. Fluency in English is required; German and/or French are a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in a high-engagement environment.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of 20-30 enterprise customers with retention, renewals and expansion.
• Fluent written and verbal English; German and/or French is a must.

Responsibilities

• Retention: own logo retention and renewal conversations end-to-end; monitor health via adoption and NPS.
• Expansion: identify and build upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales.
• Adoption/change management: drive user adoption and embed Donna in customers' workflows; track adoption metrics.
