Jobtailor in Belgium is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to turn new customers into loyal, enthusiastic users and to guide them in adopting the HR solution. You will partner with sales, marketing and development to deliver outstanding support, explain technical concepts to non-technical users, and build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Ideally 2 years of experience in Customer Success, client relations, or account management (SaaS experience is a plus but not required)
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build long-lasting relationships based on trust
• Ability to explain technical concepts simply to non-technical users
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and highly adaptable
• Fluent French (written and spoken) and a working level of English sufficient to follow and participate
