TVH Group is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join the Global People Operations team. You will serve as the senior SME for compensation, benefits, and recognition across the EMEA region, aligning global strategies with local market execution.

You will drive annual salary reviews, job evaluation, and the design of rewards analytics using Power BI and Tableau, while ensuring compliance and strong governance across multiple markets. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards within a multinational corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach with emphasis on governance and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to advise senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Benchmark regional compensation and benefits against market data across the EMEA portfolio.
• Lead annual salary reviews, merit increments, STI and bonus allocations across regional entities.
• Lead job evaluation and grading to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.
• Design and build dynamic rewards dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to track key metrics.
• Conduct analyses to forecast total rewards costs, budgets, and pay-for-performance alignment.
