Alstom is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to design, administer, and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs globally. You will benchmark market trends, support salary budgeting, and ensure data quality across HR, Finance, and management stakeholders.

The role requires collaboration with international teams, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of employment law and payroll considerations. A Master’s degree and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human resources, business, statistics, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Desirable: Certification in Compensation & Benefit Management.

Responsabilités

• Manage and continuously improve Total Rewards programs, including compensation structures, salary bands, benefits reviews, insurance renewals, recognition initiatives, and local policies.
• Conduct market benchmarking and trend analysis for competitive and affordable reward practices.
• Support salary budgeting, Total Employee Cost analytics, and ad hoc Total Rewards reporting for HR and Finance stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, training, and communication materials to HR teams, managers, and employees.
• Administer compensation and benefits tools and databases with high data quality and compliance.
• Coordinate international mobility activities, including assignee management and related social and fiscal obligations.
• Contribute to regional and global Total Rewards initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
