Job summary

Azelis Holding S.A. is seeking a Group Compensation & Benefits Manager to govern the global reward framework, ensuring correct application across regions and alignment with business strategy.

You will partner with executives, HR leaders and Finance to drive data-driven reward decisions and maintain data quality. The role focuses on remuneration principles, governance, analytics and transformation initiatives to support growth and talent strategy within a multinational context.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Compensation & Benefits experience within a complex international organization.
• Global reward expertise with experience leading frameworks, job architecture and executive compensation.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Govern salary bands, job architecture and pay positioning across regions.
• Lead annual merit review, STI/LTI processes and benchmarking methodologies.
• Develop reward analytics, dashboards and data-driven insights for executives.
• Ensure compliance with pay transparency and regulatory requirements.
