Daikin Europe NV (DENV) seeks a Solution Engineer to drive rollout and standardization of HVAC project solutions across EMEA. You will shape processes, provide input, and coordinate with Turnkey Engineering Manager to optimize workflows and IT systems.

You will lead workshops, develop process rollouts, and train teams while collaborating with affiliates to ensure alignment with the Daikin Way. Fluency in English and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Climate Solutions or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in engineering or technical systems.
• Solid baseline knowledge of ERP, CRM, Salesforce or SAP.

Responsabilités

• Develop standardized HVAC solutions and write technical specifications.
• Define requirements across mechanical, electrical, controls and maintainability.
• Design drawings, calculations and documentation for solutions.
• Create guidelines for Sales and Engineering teams to apply standard solutions.
• Map manufacturing capabilities across factories and affiliates.
