Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a leading HVAC‑R company seeking a highly skilled engineer to bridge R&D with our EMEA service network. You will develop service manuals and deliver technical trainings to enhance knowledge transfer across countries.

You will act as a 3rd line helpdesk, assist with advanced troubleshooting on site or remotely, and collaborate with factory quality teams to address issues. Travel up to 15% across Europe is required.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Engineering is required, preferably with a focus on electro‑mechanics.
• Knowledge of HVAC‑R is a strong advantage.
• Open to school-leavers.

Responsabilités

• Developing clear and comprehensive service manuals and delivering technical service trainings.
• Acting as a 3rd line helpdesk, supporting EMEA colleagues with advanced troubleshooting, on site or remotely via phone, e‑mail, chat, or online meetings.
• Collaborating with quality departments of factories to address market complaints and claims.
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement, contributing to projects for the organisation.
• Taking part in European scope with regular short business trips abroad.
