The Area Sales Responsible will develop business with a network of distributors, define mid- and long-term commercial strategies and travel up to 25% to support key accounts.

You will master the local markets, build strong distributor partnerships, and contribute to sales route planning, pricing and marketing initiatives, while

Qualifications

• Master in Economics or Commercial Engineering and first professional experience in a similar function.
• Independent worker with initiative, proactive and eager to seize opportunities.
• Excellent communication in English (other European languages are a plus).
• Analytical mindset with a strong commercial attitude and interest in HVAC-R products.

Responsabilités

• Establish a strong partnership with your distributor(s).
• Build profound knowledge of local markets and players.
• Prepare, plan and implement commercial strategies and action plans (sales route, pricing, marketing).
• Support the distributors locally in dealer events and exhibitions, product launches, securing key projects and accounts.
• Follow-up of results versus the budget, monitoring market demand, forecasts, payments and quality.
• Travel – up to 25% of your time.
