Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams. The role covers customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, and other related tasks from a 100% remote setup in Greece.

You will work with Dutch at C1/C2 level and English at B2-C1 depending on the project, using CRM tools to manage customer cases and ensure high-quality service. Shifts are Monday to Friday with possible weekend blocks depending on project.

Qualifications

• Proven Dutch language skills at C1/C2 level.
• Good English skills depending on project.
• Experience in customer support or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Handle inquiries about products, orders, and services.
• Assist with after-sales, returns, refunds and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and guide product setup.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
