Job summary

WW Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams. This 100% remote role is based in Greece and requires Dutch proficiency at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1, depending on the project.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide after-sales support, and troubleshoot product issues from a Greek-based home office. You will work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts, and relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C1/C2 level
• English at B2–C1 depending on project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction
