Job summary

WW Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents for remote roles in Greece, serving Athens and Thessaloniki projects. You will assist customers across phone, email and chat, handle inquiries, and provide after-sales and technical support.

Relocation and comprehensive onboarding are provided, with a performance bonus potential and structured training. The role requires Dutch at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties and repairs
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through setup
• Manage customer cases in CRM with accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams when needed
• Provide timely updates to customers on case status
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete back-office tasks
