Job summary

WW Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. This is 100% remote from Greece with a Monday-Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts depending on the project.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, processing orders, returns and warranty claims, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role requires Dutch at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, with a salary of €1,300-€1,500 gross per month paid

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at advanced level.
• Good command of English, depending on project requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented and professional at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide product setup.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams when needed.
• Provide timely updates to customers on case status.
