Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join international teams in Greece. This 100% remote role is based in Greece and supports projects in multiple languages.

You will provide customer care via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries on products and services, and manage CRM cases. Work schedule is Monday–Friday with potential weekend shifts; relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Dutch at C1/C2 level required.
• English at B2-C1 level depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast-paced international environment experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases.
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
