Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to join our international teams operating remotely from Greece. The role covers customer service, after-sales support, and technical assistance with flexible shifts.

You will work in a fully remote setup in Greece, with 8-hour days between Monday and Friday and occasional weekend shifts depending on projects. Training is fully paid, with onboarding and nesting support provided.

Qualifications

• Dutch at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2–C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases.
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
