Job summary

WW Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Greece. The role is 100% remote from Greece with Monday–Friday schedules and occasional weekend shifts depending on project needs.

You will provide customer support via phone, email and chat, handle inquiries, process returns and warranties, and assist with technical setups. Visa sponsorship is not available; relocation support is provided for Greece.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C1/C2 level
• English language at B2-C1 level, depending on project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties and repairs
• Provide after-sales support with returns, replacements, refunds and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through setup and configuration
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems
• Investigate issues and escalate complex cases to relevant teams
• Provide timely updates on customer cases
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain records
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to resolve inquiries
