Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams. This 100% remote role from Greece involves supporting customers via phone, email and chat, and providing after-sales and basic technical assistance.

Salary ranges from €1,300 to €1,500 gross per month, paid over 14 months, with a performance bonus up to €250 per month. Working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Dutch at C1/C2 level for customer conversations.
• English at B2-C1 level, depending on project requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach; able to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, payments and returns.
• Offer after-sales support, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and guide setup.
• Maintain accurate CRM case records and escalate complex issues.
• Deliver timely updates and maintain professional customer relations.
