WW Talents in Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams. This fully remote role handles customer service, after-sales support, and technical assistance across projects.

Requirements include native to C1/C2 Dutch, strong English, excellent communication, problem solving, and CRM familiarity. Working schedule is weekdays with occasional weekend shifts; visa not sponsored.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency around B2-C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries about products, services, orders, and deliveries.
• Assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide product setup.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams when needed.
• Provide timely updates to customers about their cases.
• Research information using internal tools and knowledge bases.
