Job summary

Axis Group is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join a financial institution. You will be the first point of contact for customers and internal bank branches regarding technical questions and issues with day-to-day banking services.

You’ll help with online banking, bank cards and transfers, and ensure inquiries by phone and email are handled effectively. You will escalate complex issues and collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch with a basic knowledge of French.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented and calm under pressure.
• Eager to learn, self-reliant and accurate in handling data.
• Able to use digital tools or learn them quickly.
• Team player who collaborates with colleagues and supports cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and internal bank branches.
• Handle questions about online banking, bank cards and transfers.
• Respond to inquiries via email and ensure proper follow-up.
• Analyze problems and independently seek appropriate solutions.
• Record information and ensure cases are tracked properly.
• Escalate more complex issues to second-line support or IT services.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver smooth, customer-focused service.
