Axis Group is seeking a Customer Service Payments professional in Belgium to act as the primary contact for customers handling payment issues and inquiries. You will provide tailored solutions, manage several communication channels, and help drive digitization of processes.

The role emphasizes numerical accuracy, relationship building, and delivering high-quality support in both the local and second languages. A permanent contract with benefits and partial remote work is offered.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for customers regarding payment issues (duplicate payments, missing references, invoices).
• Ensure services meet customer needs and expectations.
• Refer complex cases to the appropriate colleague when needed.
• Balance business and interpersonal skills with attention to technical details.
• Contribute to digitization and support customers using digital applications.
• Handle phone calls, chats, emails and admin tasks.
• Utilize modern tools to assist daily work.
