Qualifications

• Holds a degree in finance or economics or has relevant experience in the banking and insurance sector.
• Holds an FSMA certificate.
• Has a strong interest in the insurance sector and financial services.
• Thinks from a commercial perspective, is customer-focused, and approaches problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Takes the initiative and doesn’t wait for work to come to them.
• Works efficiently, in a structured manner, and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the counter and ensure their daily banking transactions are handled smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions about insurance and claims; warmly refer customers to colleagues who are experts in investing and lending.
• Help build lasting customer relationships based on mutual trust.
• Actively and proactively follow up with customers and their cases to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Identify opportunities and take the initiative to capitalize on them.
• Think creatively and seek practical solutions to problems.
• Work efficiently and accurately in performing your tasks.
