Axis Group is recruiting a Client Advisor for a major bank in Belgium. In this role you will help clients with everyday banking, savings, investments, loans and insurance, while showcasing a strong digital approach. You will contact customers proactively, both remotely and in person, and contribute to the branch's commercial goals.

The ideal candidate has a business mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for long-term relationships. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, or related field.
• Passion for customer service and digital banking solutions.
• Willingness to make proactive outbound calls and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a changing environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with banking, savings, investments, loans, and insurance solutions.
• Represent services and promote digital channels.
