Axis Group is seeking a Banking & Insurance Customer Advisor to guide individual clients through financial projects, both digitally and in person. You’ll help clients find tailored solutions across banking, financing, insurance, and retirement planning.

You’ll work with a Sales Manager to reach commercial goals, using online platforms and digital tools, while serving a diverse client base. Dutch language fluency and a college degree or 3 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• College degree or 3 years of relevant customer-focused experience.
• Excellent Dutch language skills and strong communication.
• Interest in banking, finance, investments and insurance.

Responsabilités

• Guide individual clients toward short- and mid-term financial goals.
• Deliver support through digital channels and in-person meetings.
• Pair with clients to tailor solutions for banking, financing, and retirement needs.
