WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting SMEs for a global leader in the industry. You will focus on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management for cloud-based solutions.

The role emphasizes generating and qualifying opportunities rather than closing every sale, with an on-site position in Athens, Greece and a competitive package including relocation and a 14-month salary.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Experience in sales, customer service or business development preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their needs.
• Present cloud products and upgrades to clients.
• Educate customers about benefits of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM to manage leads and interactions.
• Work toward KPIs and sales targets.
