WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join its international team supporting SMBs for a global leader in the industry. The role emphasizes outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management, with focus on generating and qualifying opportunities rather than closing every deal.

The position is on-site in Athens, Greece, with a 14-month gross salary of 1,400 EUR per month plus a quarterly bonus and a relocation package.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and interactions.
• Work toward KPIs including service levels and sales targets.
