WW Talents is looking for a Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting SMBs for a global leader. You will focus on outbound sales, lead generation, business development and pipeline management, generating and qualifying opportunities rather than closing every sale.

Work location: Athens, Greece; on-site; Dutch C1 and English C1. Compensation: €1,400 gross monthly for 14 months, plus a quarterly bonus and a full relocation package (hotel, airport pickup, flight,

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
