WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting SMEs with cloud-based products. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management, with emphasis on qualifying opportunities rather than closing every deal.

The position is based in Athens, Greece, on-site, with 14-month gross salary of €1,400 plus a relocation package and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
