WW Talents is hiring a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join its international team based on-site in Greece. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management for cloud-based solutions, rather than closing every sale.

You will contact prospects, qualify leads, and develop opportunities while working toward KPIs. A relocation package and a competitive compensation plan accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Present relevant cloud products and upgrades to drive awareness and adoption.
• Identify decision-makers and understand business needs to tailor solutions.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs and sales targets.
