WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join its international team, focusing on outbound sales and lead generation for cloud-based solutions. The role emphasizes building a strong pipeline and qualifying opportunities, with relocation support for Greece and a competitive package.

The position requires Dutch and English at C1 level, prior sales or business development experience, and solid CRM and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Dutch at C1 level required.
• Business English at C1 level required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
• CRM familiarity advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Typing speed 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or BA/BS degree required.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers via outbound calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and business needs.
• Present cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers on benefits of solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities.
• Use CRM to manage leads and interactions.
• Aim for KPIs and sales targets.
