WW Talents in Athens, Greece is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting SMEs for a global leader. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management, with an emphasis on generating qualified opportunities rather than closing every sale.

You will work onsite, with a 14-month €1,400 gross monthly salary, plus a quarterly bonus and a relocation package.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Prior sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
