WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting SMEs with cloud-based products. You will drive outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline development while focusing on qualification rather than closing every sale.

The role is on-site in Athens, requires Dutch and English at C1, and includes relocation support, a €1,400 gross monthly salary for 14 months, and a performance bonus. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level and Business English at C1 level.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and interactions.
• Work toward KPIs and sales targets.
