Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in information management, business or related field.
• Experience setting up or harmonizing a document governance system.
• Experience with digitalization and change management.
• Strong organization and analytical skills with structured control procedures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• French or Dutch native with English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Develop and configure a harmonized document management governance system.
• Establish and maintain standards for metadata, localization, version control, and retention.
• Coordinate with IT and teams to ensure system compatibility, data migration, and security.
• Train and support users in document management and archiving best practices.
• Monitor compliance with governance policies and intervene when required.
• Analyze and redesign processes to optimize document handling and information management.
