ITS Group Benelux is seeking a Document Management Governance Expert to join our client’s regulated environment in Belgium. You will design, implement and harmonize a DMS/Knowledge Management System, oversee data migration, metadata, retention and archiving, and coordinate between IT and business teams to ensure data integrity and security.

You will lead governance frameworks, drive process improvement, provide training, promote user adoption, and monitor compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience setting up or harmonizing a Document Management System or Knowledge Management System.
• Proven experience defining document/knowledge governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of metadata, location, version control, retention and archiving.
