Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) is seeking a Document Management Governance Specialist to design, harmonize, and lead the adoption of a robust governance system for documents across the organisation. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to standardize metadata, version control, and retention.

The role requires French or Dutch as a native language with good knowledge of the other national language and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience setting up or harmonizing a document management governance system.
• Experience with digitalisation initiatives and change management.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills and ability to implement structured document control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• French or Dutch native speaker with good knowledge of the other national language and English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and configure a harmonized document management governance system.
• Establish and maintain standards for metadata, localisation, version control & retention.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure system compatibility, data migration, data integrity, process efficiency & information security.
• Train and support users in document management & archiving best practices.
• Monitor compliance with document management policies and intervene when required.
• Analyse processes and lead improvement initiatives to optimise document handling and information management.
