The Chemours Company is recruiting a Customer Excellence Representative in Beveren, Belgium. You will be the primary interface for key customers and distributors, handling inquiries, orders, and exports while coordinating with internal teams to meet commitments. A background in logistics and strong SAP experience are preferred.

• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with all levels of the organization and customers.
• Problem-solver with solid planning and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Acts as primary customer interface for key customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Pro-actively informs customers about late orders due to product availability or transport issues.
• Ensures customer requirements are understood and commitments are met across the organization.
• Receives and processes all types of customer orders, including complex/export orders.
• Manages the inquiry and order handling process end-to-end (OTC).
• Handles consignment stock management, invoicing, counting, and reconciliation.
• Processes customer complaints and returns per the complaints process and policies.
• Performs quality checks and initiates corrective actions as needed.
• Monitors open orders to ensure on-time deliveries as committed.
