• Take ownership of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, from order intake through delivery, invoicing and after-sales support.
• Act as the primary customer interface and trusted advisor, maintaining high customer satisfaction while balancing business objectives.
• Proactively identify supply chain risks, disruptions, or bottlenecks and drive timely resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance to meet customer commitments.
• Manage complex customer requests, escalations, complaints, and returns with a solution-oriented approach.
• Monitor order fulfillment using SAP and Power BI, translating data into actionable insights.
