Job summary

Univar Solutions in Belgium (Anderlecht) is seeking a Customer Service Officer to manage the Order to Cash process and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Transport, Production, and Quality teams. You will handle order entry, tracking, delivery updates, complaints, and documentation, using SAP.

Dutch and French proficiency are required; English is a plus. Responsibilities include creating customer accounts, handling contracts and invoices corrections, and providing essential documentation.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately and precisely into the ERP system (SAP).
• Track orders and check quantities and availability in collaboration with Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse and Transport.
• Inform customers of the best delivery dates and any potential delays.
• Monitor lists of pending orders.
• Enter customer complaints into the system and find solutions tailored to their needs.
• Provide customers with necessary documentation such as safety data sheets, technical data sheets and analysis certificates, or help locate them on our digital platform.
• Create new customer accounts in accordance with internal procedures.
• Stand in for colleagues in their absence.
• Enter and monitor customer contracts.
• Manage customer data in SAP.
• Correct incorrect invoices (debit and credit notes).

In this highly interactive role, you will work closely with our external customers, as well as with various internal departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Transport, Production, Quality, etc. You will be responsible for the ‘Order to Cash’ process and will be part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:
