Solvay Brussels is seeking a Customer Logistics Coordinator to join the Order Fulfilment Team in the EMEA Supply Chain. You will ensure timely delivery, manage stock, coordinate transport, and proactively resolve logistics issues in a hybrid role with occasional plant visits.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in International Trade or similar, with experience in supply chain, and is fluent in French and German with good English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in International Trade or similar, or experience in Supply Chain (transport/warehouse management/logistics in general).
• Relevant experience in a similar Supply Chain role.
• IT knowledge (MS Office), SAP knowledge
• Fluent in both French and German; good knowledge of English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure ordered products are delivered effectively and timely to customers to satisfy demand.
• Organize and execute stock management, transport and delivery with coordination with internal teams.
• Handle administrative operations for product transport and delivery (delivery notes, transport documents).
• Negotiate with internal services to unblock orders when necessary.
• Plan and organize product transport and delivery, directly or via subcontractors.
• Monitor logistics operations within the region and take corrective actions as needed.
• Follow up planning (deliveries, stocks) and act to avoid deviances.
• Lead investigations on transport-related complaints with haulier/site levels.
• Participate in external/internal audits with Quality & Back office support.
