Michael Page is assisting an international manufacturing client in Belgium to recruit a Customer Service Representative. You will be the main contact between customers and internal teams, managing orders from A to Z and ensuring a seamless, positive customer experience.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Production to guarantee on-time deliveries, accurate order entry in the ERP, and ongoing order-status updates.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer orders throughout the entire order-to-cash process.
• Enter and follow up on orders in the ERP system.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively communicate any changes or delays.
• Resolve customer issues and identify appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processes.
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
