Editx is seeking a motivated Customer Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team in Belgium. You will be the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth experience throughout pre-sales, order management, and post-sales processes.

You will own end-to-end customer interactions, coordinate quotations and orders, monitor performance, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining favorable pricing and margins.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage quotations and orders with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring high service quality
• Co-ordinating quotations and orders with internal teams and monitoring performance
• Ensure delivery in line with customer service levels
• Is responsible for pricing and margin checks, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
• Oversee customer stock management and collaborate with teams to optimize levels
• Manage customer deployment schedules and order instructions accurately
• Ensure orders and invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner
