Belgie Vacature is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service and act as the first point of contact for customers in Brussels. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat and use strong language skills to ensure clear communication.

Qualifications

Profile

• You have at least a high school diploma
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams
• You have a fluent command of German or Nederlands or Nederlands&Frans.
• You have excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Also, you are a team player with a positive attitude.
