Ideal Standard in Belgium seeks a Customer Service Agent to handle orders for an international customer base from its Roeselare site. You will provide information, resolve issues, take orders, and manage complaints with Dutch, French and English fluency.

You will ensure timely order follow-up, develop product knowledge, and coordinate returns and credit notes with central accounting. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service area is preferable.
• Commercial insight, excellent knowledge of Dutch, French & English (written and spoken), good computing skills, organizational talent, team player but able to work independently, stress resilient.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the order handling for a group of customers within an international environment.
• Telephone or e-mail contact with customers: providing information, solving problems, receiving orders, handling complaints.
• Ensures timely and accurate order follow up and customer service.
• Develops a high level of product knowledge.
• Follows up credit notes, invoices, in cooperation with central accounting.
• Responsible for customer product returns, including administration.
