Die Villeroy & Boch Group sucht eine/n Customer Service Agent in Roeselare für Vollzeit. Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen, bearbeiten Aufträge, verfolgen Lieferungen und bearbeiten Rückfragen.

Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld, pflegen zu den Niederlanden, Frankreich und Englisch gute Sprachfähigkeiten und bauen Produktwissen auf. Ein Bachelor-Abschluss und 1–2 Jahre Kundendienst-Erfahrung werden erwartet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-Abschluss erforderlich.
• 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice bevorzugt.
• Gute Kenntnisse niederländisch, französisch und englisch (schriftlich und mündlich).
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und organisatorisches Talent.
• Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Stressresistenz.

Responsabilités

• Auftragserfassung für einen definierten Kundenkreis in einem internationalen Umfeld.
• Telefonischer oder E-Mail Kontakt mit Kunden: Infos geben, Probleme lösen, Bestellungen entgegennehmen.
• Sicherstellen einer pünktlichen und genauen Auftragsnachverfolgung und Kundendienst.
• Entwicklung umfassender Produktkenntnisse.
• Bearbeitung von Gutschriften, Rechnungen in Abstimmung mit der Buchhaltung.
