Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 1000 mass-market customers.
• Facilitate the successful onboarding of new customers.
• Be the first point of contact to guide customers for the best experience.
• Support Account Managers by identifying opportunities.
